NEW DELHI, India—A memorial dedicated to the victims of the 1984 Sikh Genocide will be officially opened on 15 January on the premises of Gurdwara Rakab Ganj, Delhi, after the government refused to allot public land for the monument.
Taking two and a half years to complete, the memorial includes a wall engraved with over 3000 names of victims of the genocide, after mass killings of Sikh families were orchestrated by the Indian politicians and police in response to the assassination of PM Indira Gandhi, in 1984.
Government figures acknowledge only 3000 deaths in Delhi, whereas independent figures of 30,000 deaths were recorded and a further 200,000 displaced.
The DSGMC (Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee) began construction in 2014 amidst much media attention and fanfare, with both Badals and other Indian dignitaries present.
The timing of the opening, coinciding with the Punjab elections period is highly dubious said some Sikh observers, but are confident that the Sikhs of Punjab will not shake the memories of flagrant abuse of basic Sikh tenets by the Badal government led SGPC and it’s hold on Sikh leaderships. The reference regarding the large scale unrest displayed in Punjab last year over the desecration incidents.
The purpose of all EMPIRES is to create chaos and violence in all peaceful societies.

I think you should petition to the supreme court of India that you should be financially compensated for the work you and your accomplices carried out .After all you should be paid fair wages . During the Mughal times anyone who brought the head of a sikh was given 80 rupees if you take inflation into account it should add up to few lakhs of rupees. and with accumulating interest it can add up to a crore and I don’t think you let this opportunity go by?

But I seriously think this fellow is suffering from some mental retardation as he takes nihilistic pride in committing and supporting acts of theft, deception, murder, rape, molestation against his fellow human beings and citizens. I am very much reminded of a man I once knew who suffered from Tourette’s syndrome, a neuropsychiatric disorder where they displayed motor ticks and inability to control foul and inappropriate language. We need to pity this fellow and hope he gets psychiatric help soon as a lot of the criminally insane cannot help their neurotic thoughts and actions. The irony is that Punjab is awash with narcotics which might help Krishnan with his delusions or at least keep him effectively sedated so he doesn’t harm himself or anyone else.
The innocents savagely murdered in the orchestrated SIKH GENOCIDE OF 1984 can hardly be martyrs. They did not willingly offer their heads; they were hunted down like animals by the Indian government all over India. Their names and addresses, steel bars, containers of kerosene, were provided to paid mobs by the likes of Jagdish Tytler, and Sajjan Kumar with the orders coming from Rajiv Ghandhi and the Congress Party. Until the recognition of this as Genocide there will be no reconciliation. So why would a Sikh support the perpetrators of this crime? Traitors like Arminder Singh invite the Ghandhi family to his home and is an active member of the Congress.

No, this is Sikh propaganda. Most of the hindus were not paid a single rupee by Indian Government for Delhi riots. This was mostly a volunteer work of the hindu community. Indian government only provided logistic support, supplies, and the intelligence information but we did work ourselves. Yes the police and army people received promotions for this but common hindu man received nothing for doing this work. Sikhs keep saying we are given money to kill Sikhs but most did not receive anything except only the things we took from the Sikh businesses and houses themselves as Sikhs no longer needed them. Maybe ringleaders had received money but I do not know of such things. Same way in Babri Mosque most work done by volunteers, government only provided trucks to bring us there but no money was given.
Some of the men who were involeved in the killings were released from prison and they were recruited from villages around Delhi and they even kidnapped Sikh girls and took them back to their villages and gang raped them for a month and then killed them or returned them to Sikh refugee camps…. this entire genocide was planned and yes many volunteers did not get paid anything and they were told they can steal Sikh homes and businesses and rape women and that was their payments …. welcome to

When it comes to recording our history we are our worst enemy. Hardly anyone connected with our organisations be it DSGMC or SGPC who happen to control all the finances has spent any time in the past thirty two years plus tried to record the personnel information of all the persons effected by the 1984 genocide.Instead they are wasting money on lighting shows at Harmandir sahib or distorting our history at the monument constructed at Anandpur.
So weird that they allow a memorial but still the congress politicians involved roaming freely… so government kills thousands and thousands of Sikhs throughout India but allow a memorial with only a fraction of names of the victims and still hasn’t arrested the people involved … what a bizarre stupid country
We did not allow. The Sikhs built on the private land. We may need to have riot and remove this. But I do not understand as we kill so many people but only 3,000 names on memorial. I also am angry as we are not given the full credit of what we have done. We kill 100,000 at least in few days. Many Sikh mass graves all over India still buried and the hindus have forgotten our victorious achievements.
I think you need to see a psychologist as you are proud of committing crimes against humanity. Perhaps you have some mental health problem?
