  1. Mr Justice H S Bedi could have been the first Sikh Chief Justice of India and would have been longest serving only if our first Dalit President had not insisted for induction of Mr K G Balakrishna on a Supreme Court bench at cost of Mr Justice H S Bedi. Sikhs are really discriminated in Judiciary, Military and several other fields despite their unparalleled sacrifices.

  2. Vahiguroo Jio,
Best for all Sikhs to keep low profile in india or anywhere in world jio_/\_
Those who practice corruption, cannot give justice to Sikh (but there are Soomays as Bhai Jagtar Singh), thus, we must have barosa in Vahiguroo Jio Hukam to let Khalsa Raj come soonest_/\_

  3. Only time will tell but as we are all aware all the Judiciary system of India is governed by the likes of top Politician and modis alike!
It is right that to look like one is does not mean that they will act as a Sikh.
I personally cannot expect any justice for Sikhs whether a Sikh a Chief Justice of Indian Judiciary is a so called Sikh.

  4. To go along with that we had a so called sikh prime minister for 10 years and we know what he did for the victims of 1984 or victims of 2002 muslim massacre . He was a total disgrace. As you said lets hope for the best.

  5. What does a first Sikh in judiciary mean? Is he going to exercise a honest, fair path or be catering to the will of the majority community? Will the Sikhs victims of 1984 now? let us wait and see his actions before getting to exited about his appointment.
