NEW DELHI—While taking part in a debate over ‘terror’ attack on Indian Army’s base in Uri, Anil Kaul, a self-styled security expert of India justified the extra-judicial killings of innocent Sikhs by KP Gill led Punjab police in 1990’s era.
Notably, the debate was held by Indian government run Rajya Sabha TV in a prime time show on the topic ‘Uri attack & response strategy’. Anil Kaul was one of the panelists who were part of the discussion. Other panelists were Sheel Kant Sharma (a former Indian Diplomat), Uma Singh (a retired Professor of Jawahar Lal Nehru University), Vinod Sharma (Political Editor of Hindustan Times) and Arfa Khanum Sherwani (Anchor, Rajya Sabha TV).
Blatantly advocating the civilian execution in Kashmir, Anil Kaul appreciated the announcement of conducting DNA tests of ‘terrorists’ involved in attack.
Citing the civilian execution conducted by KP Gill led Punjab police in 1990’s, he said that this had brought an end to ‘terrorism’ in Punjab. Advocating the adoption of similar course in J & K territory, Anil Kaul said that the outcome of DNA tests should be used for identifying the relatives of these ‘terrorists’ and kill them.

They can kill their own people as they have army & other forces under them and they have a reason to put fear in the mind of minorities, but anemy also has weapons, they will think a hundred times to attack him.
This is the soch of indian rulers, they first do injustice, when you fight against injustice, they not only kill you, your family members, supporters, even they create false supporters and kill them, that’s what they did with sikhs, and now they have started with muslims. Next may be dalits or christians. This should be stopped. Can right thinking people of the world raise voice against such thought.
