CHANDIGARH—Following the surfacing of a video of Sucha Singh Chhotepur talking about money laundering by an AAP activist, the AAP national leadership is likely to suspend Chhotepur from the post of state convener in Punjab. The video was secretly shot in a sting operation performed by unknown elements. 
As per sources within the AAP, the National convener of the AAP and the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, saw the video and is now not giving Sucha Singh Chhotepur an appointment. Notably, Sucha Singh Chhotepur was cornered by the AAP while announcing the lists of candidates for 2017’s assembly polls. Following, Chhotepur has been seeking an appointment from Arvind Kejriwal to express his dissatisfaction about the selection of candidates. Sources have informed us that on being asked again and again for an appointment, Kejriwal asked Manish Sisodia to attend to Sucha Singh Chhotepur.
Sikh24 has learned that that the termination of Sucha Singh Chhotepur was delayed due to Kejriwal’s engagement in the election campaign in Goa. Sikh24 has further learnt that Arvind Kejriwal will now consider the matter and Sucha Singh Chhotepur might be replaced with Advocate Himmat Singh Shergill.
