Khalra Mission exposes secret letters of Akali leaders

AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjabā€”The Khalra Mission Organization (KMO) has exposed the Akali leaders for their collaboration with Prime Minister Indra Gandhi during theĀ armed invasion into Sri Darbar Sahib during June, 1984. The Akali leaders, including Sant Harchand Singh Longowal, S. Gurcharan Singh Tohra and Parkash Badal, chalked out the plan for attacking Sri Darbar Sahib in June 1984. “TheĀ Akalis did all this in fear of the death of their political career,” saidĀ KMO leaders.

According toĀ a letter sent to R. K Dhawan (Personal Secretary of Indra Gandhi) fromĀ Sant Harchand Singh Longowal, Longowal had written that Sant Jarnail Singh BhindranwaleĀ wasĀ out of their control and that they would have to do what was beingĀ planned earlier. Upon the arrival of the army at Sri Darbar Sahib, Longowal allegedly askedĀ his supporters to tellĀ Bhindranwala that his guests were atĀ theĀ door. The letter reads, “I feel that now we have to do that which we have already planned for and that which Parkash Badal has already explained to you in detail. Bhindranwaleā€™s men would run away seeing the army and very likely he too would also run away.”

KMO patron, Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra, said that the Akali leaders had written seven confidential letters to the Indra Gandhi-led Union Government of India, and had attended several secret meetings with senior government officials before the armed invasion took place. KMOĀ President Harmandeep Singh Sarhali said that it is a knownĀ fact that the Akali leaders conspired to assassinate Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale by hiring a professional killer for Rs. 5 million but the killer refused to do so. Then the Akali leaders asked him to murder Bhindranwalaā€™s close aide Surinder Singh Sodhi for Rs. 5 lakh.

  1. This letter has been available since late 1990s on the internet on the burning punjab website. Why the sudden shock discovery now?

    • Not sure what point you are making? The allegation is that Badal with two other prominent SIkh leaders deliberately connived with the Delhi Sarkar to orchestrate an entirely unethical, immoral and illegal violent confrontation similar to fake encounter on an unprecedented scale that led to the death of thousands of Sikhs and the desecration of Darbar Sahib spiralling into anti Sikh pogroms.

      • Honb CM Mr PS Badal I am sure did not plan a conspiracy to hurt Sikhs.
Punjab had lost its independence after British annexation after Anglo- Sikh war and again in 1947 after it merged with the rest of India.
There was a ongoing rebellion in Punjab in 1980 -90 by Mr Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and his boys against the newly formed Indian state.
The Guardians of Indian Law like police and Army came down with a heavy hand .
Hon CM Mr PS Badal like many other people of that time including the just allowed the Security forces to defend the Nations Constitution and its Law and Order .
The demise of Punjab as a independent state had started after the two Anglo-Sikh wars in 1840.
        This is called evolution .
We may have to RESURRECT PUNJAB in different parts of Earth , Planets ,Galaxies and Universes .

      • It is not called ‘evolution’ as I have already explained to you numerous times, it was high treason. The destruction of the Khalsa Raj of the Sikh Empire was primarily caused by the actions of four traitors the Hindu Dogra Brothers Gulab and Dhian and by two particular Sikh Generals Tej and Lal Singh who collaborated with the armies of the East India Company for personal profit. IN the instance of Gulab he was handsomely rewarded by being given the Rajaship of Kashmir and his subsequent descedant would end up being the Hindu Maharajah of a majority Muslim state Kashmir which has led to so much bloodshed from 1947 onwards. As for Badal and Bhindranwale these letters suggest that the Akali Dal are stating they have lost control of Bhindranwale and were confirming arrangements with Indira Gandhi to eliminate him as a political force on a grand scale – that is the allegation found in these letters between Akali Dal (with Badal playing a primary role) and Delhi Sarkar. With both the above examples you are either knowing or ignorantly glossing over and indeed misrepresenting the historical facts (it is telling you whitewash by making no mention of the Anandpur Sahib Resolutions or the state sanctioned proxy murder of Sikhs in Amritsar in 1978). History is not served by rewriting historical facts just to suit your prejudices as those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

  2. This is deeply shocking if it is genuine as it means these three Sikh ‘leaders’ were engaged not only in a pretty much fake encounter collaboration for personal gain but effectively treason against the Sikh nation (along with Indira Gandhi) as their selfish actions led directly to the desecration of Darbar Sahib and the killings of thousands of Sikhs. Badal must be questioned about this allegation as it seems to give credence to suspicions raised about his cryptic allusions as to why he should never write his autobiography because of ‘what he knows’. Certainly of the three men accused his political career has survived the deaths of thousands of Sikhs.
