AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—SGPC President Avtar Makkar has appealed to all Sikh organizations, including scholars, sampardas, nihang dals and other jathebandis to establish contact with the SGPC and submit their contact details.  In a letter issued to various Sikh organizations and personalities on April 26, Makkar stated that the SGPC is working on compiling a directory that will contain details about all Sikh organizations and their contact details.

“This directory will provide a way to connect the entire Sikh Panth.  There are thousands of Sikh organizations in Punjab, however the SGPC has no contact with them.  By having a published directory, we will be able to establish contact with various organizations easily whenever needed,” said SGPC President Avtar Makkar.

SGPC General Secretary Diljit Singh Bedi that SGPC is the main Sikh organization, which organizes various seminars, samagams and meetings.  “We always need to contact various intellectuals, sampardas and organization to attend such events, however, it is a painful procedure as there is no one place to get their contact details.  The directory will help resolve this issue,” he added.

The SGPC has appealed to Singh Sabhas, Seva Societies, Sant Samaj, Gatka Dals, Akali Dals, Nirmals, Sikh educational institutes, newspapers, magazines, former leaders, writers, professors, doctors, lawyers, and Gurdwara committess, to submit their details to the SGPC headquarters at Sri Darbar Sahib in Amritsar. While the SGPC has started work to bring together Sikh masses through the directory, one of the Sarbat Khalsa 2015 resolutions was to establish a “World Sikh Parliament” for a similar reason.

    • We won’t need to hide our 5 K’s as you put it because one of them means kirpan. In Delhi 1984 the police went to addresses which were identified on the lists as being Sikh households and disarmed the Sikhs of their Kirpans – one of the five Kaka’s. Minutes later mobs arrived and those Sikhs were then defenceless to resist them having been disarmed. You understand now why Sikhs should not be readily and easily identified by lists that are used by the unscrupulous and nefarious to target them?

  1. This is an excellent news

Phase -1 : They need to do this .
Phase -1I : They need to keep a record all Sikhs living in different countries on Earth .
Phase -1II : They need to keep a record all Sikhs on different Planets.
Phase -1V: They need to keep a record all Sikhs on different Galaxies.
Phase -V: They need to keep a record all Sikhs on different Universes.
Phase -VI: They need to keep a record all Sikhs on some thing beyond Universes the ” INFINITY”

    • You only want them to ‘keep a record of Sikhs’ (as you put it) so that it makes it easier for your Hinduvta mafia to round them up. There is ‘no need to keep a record of Sikhs’ and certainly not by an organisation like the SGPC which is compromised by apostates and been infiltrated by the RSS. The Sikhs butchered wholesale in Delhi in 1984 were on lists that the police handed out to Congress officials and used themselves to go around knocking on the doors of Sikh homes in order to disarm them of their kirpans.
