GURDASPUR, Punjab—State Convener of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab, Sucha Singh Chhotepur has announced that AAP will contest the upcoming assembly elections of 2017 from all the seats in Punjab. When asked by Sikh24 about the confidence level in AAP, Chhotepur said that the decision about contesting elections from all seats has been taken with much deliberation.
Chhotepur added that a meeting is being organized in Khadoor Sahib that will be attended by several AAP leaders from Punjab and Delhi.
“AAP has received mass response from Punjab and currently there are no plans to teaming up with other political parties,” he said.
