Police Redeployed Outside Hassanpur as Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa’s Hunger Protest Completes 250 Days

LUDHIANA, Punjab—Punjab Government has once again deployed police in great numbers outside Hassanpur as Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa’s hunger protest has completed 250 days.  Earlier today, police personnel in large numbers were seen outside Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa’s residence.  An ambulance was also present outside, however Bapu Surat Singh has so far not need detained.

Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa’s protest today concluded 250 days.  His health is very critical.

Bhai Sukhjeet Singh Khosa of Guru Granth Sahib Satkar Committee today carried out a march from Moga to Hassanpur.  The entire march was stopped by the railway crossing in Hassanpur.  Police only allowed 15 Singhs to enter the village at a time.
