NEW DELHI—In a case related to instigating mobs to attack Sikhs, including murder of a person named Surjit Singh in Sultanpuri, the local Court of Karkardooma today deferred hearing of the case to September 10.

Sajjan Kumar is the prime accused in the case.

Court had to defer hearing due to absence of witnesses in the court.  Defense lawyer told the court that witnesses couldn’t appear due to their personal engagements.
