Kumar is yet to make an official statement.  It may be recalled that few days ago, Akal Takht Sahib appointed Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh raised objections on various scenes of the film and asked its director to remove these. He said that some scenes are available on social media and Sikhs have objected on them.

“The delegation told that hero of the movie expressed deep respect for Sikh religion and assured to remove the objectionable scenes”, he said.

GK told that SGPC member from Mumbai Gurinder Singh Bawa was also member of the delegation.
