LUDHIANA, Punjab—Punjab police have tightened security at Hassanpur and the surrounding areas for the bhog services of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa’s son-in-law Bhai Satwinder Singh Bhola to be held at village Gurdwara on August 30.
Bhai Bhola was shot dead outside his house near Chicago, USA, on August 17. Bhai Bhola had played a key role in the hunger protest of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa. He was instrumental in moving Sikh organizations in Punjab in support of Bapu Ji.
Sikh24 has informed that Bhai Bhola’s bhog services were earlier scheduled to take place in Mullapur, however it was later shifted to Hassanpur few days ago. Sikhs in large number are expected to attend the bhog ceremony to pay tributes.
