LUDHIANA, Punjab—Family members of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa have condemned yesterday’s attacks in Gurdaspur. Ravinder Jeet Singh Gogi, Bapu’s son, termed the incident as terrorist attacks and called for peace.
“We condemn the terrorist attack in Gurdaspur. Neither we nor any of our supporters endorse such terror attacks,” he said.
Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa has been on hunger strike since January 16. He is seeking release of Sikh political prisoners who have completed their terms.
