CHICAGO, IL, USA—There have been reports that Senior Akali Dal leader and Member of Parliament, Prem S. Chandumajra has met with veteran Congress leaders in Chicago, USA. Chandumajra is in the US for a short time, and he is expected to visit California and New York.
United Sikh Alliance, a Sikh organization based out of the mid-west has suggested that Chandumajra maybe looking to join Congress before the 2017 elections in Punjab.

Reliable sources confirm that SAD (Badal) Member Parliament from Anandpur Sahib met Congress veterans during his North American visit. Yesterday evening Prof. Chandumajra met various Congress leaders including Parminder Walia. Windmill is rife with talks of Prof. Chandumajra contemplating jumping the sinking ship of SAD (Badal).
