MLA Jarnail Singh: Congress and BJP are in nexus to defend November 1984 culrpits

NEW DELHI—New Delhi MLA from Rajauri Garden, Jarnail Singh has stated that the clean chit to Jagdish Tytler by CBI has clarified that the BJP and Congress have formed a nexus to defend the culprits of November 1984 Sikh genocide.

Jarnail Singh has alleged that the Congress and BJP had signed a deal to save Tytler.  Statement by Jarnail Singh has come after CBI informed a Delhi court that no new FIRs have been filed against Tytler in relation to his role in killings of Sikh during 1984.

Jarnail Singh also alleged that the Narendra Modi government was trying to save certain culprits from both BJP and Congress.  He  pointed that Rohini Salian had been asked to take a soft stand on the 2008 Malegaon Blast case.
