We Don’t Regret on What We Have Done: Satkar Committee Chief

Sukhjit Singh Khosa

KAPURTHALA, Punjab—Justifying their act of thrashing Pathis, Satkar Committee chief Bhai Sukhjit Singh Khosa has stated that he does not feel regret for what the committee did.

He said that with the help of other organizations, Satkar Committee had chalked out the plan to launch a struggle against Police actions and more details around this will be released over time.

He demanded that cases should also be registered against those who violated Maryada and Hukamnamas of Sri Akal Takht Sahib.

It is notable that members of Satkat Committee had uploaded a video on social media of thrashing Pathis ‘mercilessly’ for committing disrespect of Guru Granth Sahib and violating edict of Sri Akal Takht Sahib. The act draws flak from various sections of society following which Police filed cases against the members of the committee

  1. Someone needs to tell these deranged personalities that they cant take such matters into their own hands, these self styled defenders of Guru Granth Sahib Ji need to learn that Guru sahib doesn’t teach to use violence and mob behaviour against someone who commits a mistake, these maniacs are probably some frustrated elements of the society who are trying to defend guru sahib in the worst of ways possible, “Je sardar sardar nu na maare, Ae kaum kade na Haare”
