NEW DELHI—A local court of Delhi will organize hearing on CBI’s recommendation for closure of investigation against Jagdish Tytler on June 3. The case relates to killings of Sikhs during the 1984 Genocide in New Delhi.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Saurabhpartap Singh Laler issued a copy of CBI closure report to the petitioner during hearing organized today. The court deferred next hearing to June 3.
It is being expected that the petitioner and the victim Lakhwinder Kaur (whose husband was killed during Sikh Genocide of November 1984) will file petition against the closure report of CBI on the same day of hearing.
