TARN TARAN SAHIB, Punjab—Official team of the upcoming movie ‘Patta Patta Singhan da Vairi’ today paid visit to Sri Tarn Taran Sahib to receive support from Sikh Youth Front, a Sikh activist network which is involved in a various Panthik projects. The visiting team included the movie actors and script writers who informed during the press conference that the movie portrays the militancy period in a positive light.
In a brief talk with Bhai Papalpreet Singh, actor Neetu Pandher said that the movie is based on the social values promoted by the Sikh activists in Punjab during the last two decades of 20th century. Elaborating on these values, he talked about the drug menace in Punjab, control over the unnecessary spending and immoral activities during marriage parties, rehabilitating the divorced or widows, etc.
Sikh Youth Front appreciated efforts by Raj Kakra’s team and stated that they are continuously working on the Sikh issues. Despite the ban on their prior movie ‘Kaum de Heere’ in India, this team dared to work on their next project for the well being of Sikh nation.
Dr. Sharanjit Singh Rataul (President, Sikh Youth Front), Bhai Papalpreet Singh (General Secretary, SYF), Bhai Pritpal Singh (Media Secretary, SYF), Bhai Shamsher Singh Kuharhka, Bhai Harkirat Singh, Bhai Satnam Singh, Bhai Harshdeep Singh, Bhai Simardeep Singh and others were present on this occasion along with the team of this movie.
