NEW DELHI, India—In national executive committee meeting of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) held on Wednesday, its top leaders Yogender Yadav and advocate Parshant Bhushan were expelled from its political affairs committee (PAC). The decision of expelling them was taken through votes.

Yadav and Bhushan got 8 votes whereas 11 votes were against them. Party convener Arvind Kejrival did not attend the meeting as he was planning to leave for Banglore for getting treatment for diabetes. He will stay in Bangalore for 10 days. Kejriwal however sent his resignation from the designation of convener.

Party spokesperson Kumar Vishvas endorsed the important decision taken by the executive committee. Addressing to press conference, Vishvas said that Yadav and Bhushan will be given new responsibility. He denied any rift in the Party and said they will work jointly.

Reacting on decision, Bhushan and Yadav said whichever responsibility they would be assigned to they would fulfill it with commitment.

  1. Why Manish Sisodia should not be out from PAC instead of YY and PB? 8 PAC members supported YY & PB, and 3 members did not participate in voting, it tells us clearly that YY and PB are not wrong, at least they are not doing any conspiracy against Arvind, it is Manish Sisodia who has been misleading Arvind. Arvind should not trust few people and ignore other members. Why Manish Sisodia is given most of ministries in Delhi Government? What is so good about him? If AAP does really well in in next LS elections and AAP get mandate (I wish and hope so…), it looks like Arvidnd will be PM and all other ministries will be given to Manish Sisodia! I am an AAPtard, but I am sorry to say I don’t support Manish Sisodia version of AAP. Arvind needs to understand it and fix this issue urgently, restore transparency & internal lokpal in AAP urgently.
