AMRITSAR SAHIB—EcoSikh, a US based organization has announced to celebrate March 14 as the Sikh Environment Day.
The announcement was made by Dr. Rajwant Singh, President of EcoSikh during his visit to Khalsa College and Khalsa Public School. He acquainted the students about several environmental issues.
Financial Secretary of Khalsa College Governing Council and Chief of EcoSikh from Sri Amritsar Sahib, Bhai Gunbir Singh, United Secretary S. Rajbir Singh and Principal Dr. Mehal Singh also expressed their views about the positivity of this campaign. Dr. Sarvjot Kaur Brar, S. Tarundeep Singh, S. Ravneet Singh, teachers and students in huge count were present on this occasion.
