Vangar March: Large Gathering of Sikhs Seen in Jagraon in Support of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa

—The “Vangar March” is about to take off from the office of “Pehredar” in Jagraon, Punjab, in support of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa.  The march is expected to stop at a few places in route before it arrives in Ludhiana.

Over 250 marchers are in presence at the march currently, and so far there seems to be no problem in the way.  Number of marchers will increase as the march approaches Ludhiana.

The march was called by Panthik leaders, led by Jaspal Singh “Hera” of Daily Pehredar after the arrest of Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa and his son Ravinder Jeet Singh “Gogi” two days ago.  The police also arrested a number of other Sikhs in the forefront of this movement, including Bhai Damandeep Singh Khalsa.
