Pakistani Sikh Youth Hold March Favoring Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa

SATLANI SAHIB, Pakistan—Pakistani Sikh Youth have favored the struggle of Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa for the permanent release of Sikh detainees by protesting against theIndian Government in a march.

It is notable that the hunger strike of Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa at Gurdwara Sri Lakhnaur Sahib, Ambala has entered its 58th day. Pakistani Sikhs appealed to the Indian Government to accept the demand of Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa. The Pakistani Sikhs protested by holding banners of Bhai Khalsa in their hands.

General Secretary of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee S. Gopal Singh Chawla and Member S. Maninder Singh informed that on the invitation of Pakistan Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee, S. Jatinder Singh, S. Harjinder Singh, S. Dilawar Singh etc. of Pakistan Sikh Panthers reached Nankana Sahib with their team. They demanded that Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) should accept the demands of Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa. They also appealed to the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji to interfere in the matter of release of Sikh detainees.

Pakistani Sikh held March wearing Kesari Dastars from Gurdwara Nankana Sahib to Gurdwara Patti Sahib. Children recited ovations for the high spirit of Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa.
