Badal Appoints Four Chairmen of District Planning Boards

ACHANDIGARH, Punjab—Parkash Badal, the Chief Minister of Punjab deforested the consultation of the four chairmen of the District Planning Boards. The localities for which the announcement had been made for include the cities of, Patiala, Moga, Barnala, and Sangrur.

Acknowledging the announcement, one of the spokespersons of the CMO said that Parkash Badal had cleared the file to this denouement and that the formal orders in this regard will be issued shortly.

The members that have been nominated are: Mohinder Singh Lalwa being appointed as the chairman of Patiala District Planning Board, Tirath Singh Mahla has being appointed as the chairman of Moga District Planning Board, MLA Iqbal Singh Jhunda being appointed as the chairman of Sangrur District Planning Board, and Rupinder Singh Sandhu being appointed as the chairman of Barnala District Planning Board.
