2014-10-07-guru_granth_sahib_4AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—Appointed Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib has appealed to the Sikhs to not offer any kind of business to conspirators behind unauthorized publication of saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

Giani Gurbachan Singh stated that a number of complaints were received against a California based publisher who was getting saroops printed from China. He added, additional complaints are been received about individuals living in other countries who might be guilty of the same.

Jathedar said in a press note released from the Secretariat of Sri Akal Takht that this issue is quite serious and the conspirators of this act will not be forgiven. He explained that we have already informed all Sikhs that only SGPC holds the right to publish the saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Giani Gurbachan Singh has appealed that any person who holds information about these conspirators should inform about them to Sri Akal Takht Sahib. Jathedar also ordered SGPC to follow up on complaints and use their sources to find out the conspirators behind unauthorized distribution of saroops. Jathedar announced that the conspirators will be punished so that nobody will dare to perform such an act in future.

Jathedar Sahib also appealed to Sikhs not to get saroops of Sri Guru Granth Sahib from such businesses.

  1. Why SGPC does not buy this “Swaroop” to find out who is the Publisher, Printer & Distributor.

Recantly SGPC rep. went to America to bless a New Printing press there.
Some one is faster then them.
