Australian Sikhs and Muslims Protest Against Modi’s Sydney Visit

SYDNEY, Australia—Today Australian Sikhs and Muslims protested against Indian Prime Minister Modi, who is in Australia to attend G-20 seminar. This peaceful protest was held in Olympic Garden when Modi reached Sydney. Protesters said on this occasion that Modi denies the existence of minorities and was responsible for the Muslim Genocide in Gujarat. 500 protesters conveyed their message to people by holding banners in their hands.

They said that accused culprits of 1984 Sikh Genocide are wandering openly and no arrangements have been made for an investigation into the attack on Sri Darbar Sahib. They said that Sikhism respects the origin of every religion, so the Sikh religion should also be given the same respect all over the world.
