Punjabi Truck Driver and Owner Operator Faces Major Lawsuit in California

LOS ANGELES, California, USA—A Punjabi truck driver who caused a 10 vehicle accident-collision on Highway 17 near Los Gatos, is facing a major lawsuit.  A 37 year old woman, Nicole Albaum, was severely injured in the crash and has filed a negligence lawsuit against the truck driver.

Ravinderpal Singh was driving his double trailer truck when the brakes failed, causing the accident. 

The injured woman is being represented by the Geragos & Geragos law firm from Los Angeles, the same firm that represented Michael Jackson.

Albaum was admitted to the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, however was discharged later.

She has filed a lawsuit alleging that Ravinderpal was negligent in the driving. She is also suing the trucking company, which is owned by Ravinderpal Singh.

Ravinderpal Singh’s log book and daily inspection log was up to date at time of the accident.

  1. All Vehicles should have double breaks or have a autonomous vehicle to avoid such mishaps.
    Sad to know that people got injured in this accident .
    My Sympathies with them .
