Kaur’s Corner, UK, set up a Pyaar campaign

DERBY, UKā€”Kaur’s Corner, a UK based charity based on empowering Sikh women, have launched a Pyaar, or love, campaign to join the fight against gender discrimination. “In the UK, we’ve just celebrated Mother’s Day, it’s a fitting time to extend the hand of love to others around the Globe.”

Following their Mother’s Day post where they described the strength, and quality, of many Singhni (initiated females) of the Panth, the Sikh Society, Kaur’s Corner volunteer sevadars have launched the Connect with a UNIQUE Sister campaign stating,

Everybody wants a Mother; everybody wants a wife; but no one wants a Girl Child…
