PARIS, France—Kamaljit Singh Ladi, who used to attend Singh Sabha Gurdwara in Bobigny (Paris) has been missing for approximately three weeks. He is approximately 20 years old and originally from Vadi Miani (Dist. Hoshiapur, Punjab).
