AMRITSAR SAHIB—The Dal Khalsa has asked the Union Home Minister, Sushilkumar Shinde, to also raise the issue of arrests of Sikh youth who have been fabricated into various cases. The move has come after Shinde decided to take up the issue of innocent Muslim youth that have been pressed into false cases.
In a press statement, Bhai HS Dhami said it was wrongful for the Government to have arrested and detained Sikh youth in Punjab and other parts of India. He alleged that most of the cases were fabricated to malign the Sikh community.
Bhai Dhami asked Shinde to do something about these arrests and to seek the release of Sikh youth.
